Who runs this site
Fineprint is an early-access project operated by the Hundred labs team, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: inbox@hundredapi.com.
What we collect
- The early-access form: your email address and what you choose to add (company, what you would use it for), the option you picked, the time, and the page you sent it from. If the link you arrived on carries campaign tags (
utm_*) or a Google Ads click id (gclid), we store those too. We read them from the page address, not from cookies. - Server logs: for each request the web server logs your IP address, the time, the page and the result. We use them to run and secure the site and to count visits, and delete them after 30 days.
- Visit statistics: Umami, which we run on our own server, counts page views: the page, the page you came from, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and country (derived from your IP address, which Umami does not store), and clicks on the early-access buttons. It sets no cookies.
We do not store your IP address with your signup. This site sets no cookies. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this server, so reading these pages sends no request to any other company.
Why we use it
- Early-access contact: to tell you when Fineprint is ready. You asked for this when you joined (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), consent; you can withdraw it at any time by email).
- Which option you picked: to decide what to build first (our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Logs and statistics: to keep the site running and learn which pages are read (our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where it is stored
On a virtual server at Hetzner in Germany, which may be outside your own country. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until Fineprint opens to you, when we either invite you to become a customer or delete your signup. We delete it earlier if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. Email inbox@hundredapi.com from the address you signed up with. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one where you live or work, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
